Our local group work with us on easy read documents. As people who use services themselves and experienced easy read users, they are well placed to advise us on what works well for people with learning difficulties and what we could improve.
Katrina is a long standing member of the Making it Easier Group. Katrina especially likes commenting on the pictures to be used in documents.
Colin helps us keep clean in the office and also works on easy read publications both as a member of the Making it Easier Group and as a photographic model.
Sarah's given up her glamorous life in telly to be our new Project Manager. She's also an experienced copywriter and voice over artist.
In her past life she's directed Hollywood stars, won awards for her TV trailers, written for American Express Bank and was the voice of KFC in Singapore. Somewhere out there is a lift with her voice.
Darren is our publication designer, when not otherwise engaged as an actor on East Enders. He has worked on numerous reports including the Mental Health Bill, Care Standards Annual Report and Transport White Paper, easy read versions. He also provides a voice for many of our audio productions on tape and CD.

Helen is our finance manager making sure we all get paid, including meeting rules about legally employing people on benefits.

Janet is a journalist.
She used to be deputy editor of Community Care Magazine and made sure that people with learning difficulties were always represented.
She was in charge of the Community Care A Life Life Any Other campaign which called for a better deal for people with learning disabilities.
Now, as a freelance writer, she regularly helps us with our EasyRead documents.
