This video complaints pack will help. It was made by people with learning disabilities in Tower Hamlets for people with learning disabilities everywhere.
Designed for use in groups, over several sessions, it helps people learn about complaints and explore what they feel about making them.
The DVD is divided into scenes with helpful advice in the Supporters' Notes.
